VNPS Spring Wildflower Walk May 4
13 04 2008
I highly recommend this flower walk where you will see the forest floor blanketed with trillium. Trained eyes can spot wild orchids and a variety of other spring ephemerals like this yellow lady slipper. It is a fairly easy hike on a wide trail. Some more challenging walks can be found that are steeper and narrower.
This has become an annual event for me!
