Have room for any more New Year’s resolutions?

Environmental Defense offers 8 earth-friendly New Years resolutions.

1. Swap out your old incandescent bulbs for compact fluorescent lights (CFLs).
2. Calculate your Carbon Footprint.
3. Make small changes at home (e.g. start is unplugging your chargers and computers when you’re not using them)
4. Drive like the Earth depends on it.
5. If you’ve already slimmed down your carbon consumption as much as possible, there is more you can do – buy carbon offsets.
6. Choose seafood good for you AND the ocean.
7. Write Congress to address climate change.
8. Pass this list on to friends and family.
